Close links with aged care services

CERA thrives by being closely integrated with the aged care services in the local area. These services include the Aged and Extended Care Department at Concord Hospital and Inner West Care - an umbrella for all the community based aged care health services in the local area. These local aged care services are part of the services provided by Sydney South West Area Health Services in the form of the General, Geriatric and Rehabilitation Medicine (GGRM) Clinical Directorate.
